My Background

I have been performing on stages across the country since 1999 doing poetry and stage performances.

My Medium

Poetry is my heart and entrance point into performing arts, but stay tuned for the exciting new ways essays and playwriting will be included in my future projects.

My Inspiration

My goal is to incorporate the five physical senses into my work. My poems are flashbacks, family recipes, and sounds of the community where I was raised.
